number of participants involved and notification if alternate hotels

Confirmations:
The confirmation will be sent as required by clients air mail, electronic
mail (e-mail) or facsimile. The communication expenses have been
included in the rates / prices offered.
Change of Booking:
A one night cancellation fee will be charged for any change of booking
after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is
subject to availability of the accommodation booked.
Cancellations:
Cancellation's charges are not levied by BALI ESIA HOLIDYAS, however
hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors etc, do charge fees depending
on circumstances. If charged, these will be debited to the agents.
Payment:
Normal procedure is for full prepayment by bank draft, bank-certified
check, bank order or credit card, which is required two weeks before
commencement of service. Any other payment preference will be subject
to negotiation. Payment by credit card is subject to a 3 % surcharge
or depend on bank regulation for bank commission. Credit card authorization,
back + front copy of credit card and valid passport copy is needed
as your agreement to us to authorize to charge your credit card.
Payment by bank draft or certified check is subject to additional
bank charges. Payments should be transferred to our bank account
as stated below:

Rates:
All prices will be quoted net in US Dollars including 10 % VAT.
Insurance:
PT. BALI ESIA TOUR & TRAVEL has limited liability insurance
coverage.
Liability:
Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services,
BALI ESIA HOLIDAYS acts only as Agent for transportation companies,
hotels, carrier operator and all other contractors and will be therefore
reserve the right to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage,
accidents, change of schedules or other irregularities cause or
arising from circumstances beyond our control. PT.BALI ESIA TOUR
& TRAVEL also reserves the rights to change the itinerary with
or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
Participants in our tours imply the tourist agreement to the above
conditions.
Responsibilities:
PT.BALI ESIA TOUR & TRAVEL do not take any responsible with
occurrences outside of our services or unpredictable occurrences,
for example: bomb blast, earthquake, floods, etc.
Consumer Claims
:
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our
local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything
possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove
difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however,

Refunds:
No refunds on unused services
