From the hotel we will start our tour driving towards Penida Village in Bangli Regency.
First we will visit the famous Waterfall (Cepung) or (Krisik Waterfall) or, where we will have time to have a bath and take a memorable picture during this trip.
After enjoying the feeling of the magic of the Waterfall then drive to Kedui Village. This time we will have the chance to astonish ourselves about the process of coconut palm wine making (Tuwak), even tasting by yourself the palm wine! In this village, special for wine making, we will see many kinds of tropical plantations such as cacao and others. Every village in Bali has its Subak Abian, a
group of members of plantation farmers working only on the village area to which he or she belongs, and for a non-commercial aim.
We will then drive directly to the bamboo forest, with its mystic and natural environment, and where you will feel like inside a middle age tale while we stop for the bamboo explanation. After this, we will then visit many kinds of tropical gardens such as: Arabica coffee, Japanese pumpkin, and you stop at the one of the oranges gardens we can take and try fresh orange from their tree, etc.
Take amazing photos in the “pine forest” while enjoying the cool mountain breeze, before we continue to drive Off Road in Black lava with their silent history.
Our lunch will be served at a local restaurant with views of the amazing Batur Geopark and lake with surrounding hillside.
We will continue driving through the hill through the tropical forest of Kintamani, where marvelous views are waiting for us, like Batur Volcano and Lake, Abang Mountain and Agung Mountain, the highest sacred mountain in Bali, then visit the Temple of Bubung Renteng, a very authentic temple on the top of the Kintamani Hill, with historical records.
After our explanation about this temple, we will drive through the mountain (off-road) to arrive at Suter Village, where we will still be able to see a local knife maker how he still makes knifes manually. Not so many people anymore work as knife makers in Bali as the benefit from making one knife is very little in comparison to how hard it is to make and to sell, but in this village the tradition is still maintained!
From the knife maker village we will drive back to your hotel via countryside road, making a short stop to take photos at one of the sacred trees in Bali, called Beringin tree (Banyan tree). In Bali we have many magic trees with special powers, such as: Banyan trees, Willow trees, Ketapang trees, Tamarind trees, etc. We will then drive through the villages of Bambang and Getakan, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of marvelous terrace rice fields, clove plantations, etc.
We will then drive back to your Hotel, with estimated arrival time, depending on the traffic, at 18:00-18:30h, with the hope that you have enjoyed the Nature and Adventure in Bali
